This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has a 185 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Allegany County, New York. This property is about 60 miles SE of Buffalo, New York (close to Cuba). The hunting lease is located in WMU (9W). The lease consists of 185 acres. There are 40 acres of active crop fields and 145 acres of woods. The 40 acre farm field is currently in the process of having hay and clover planted (corn last year). The farmer was working the field while I was there. The property is loaded with oak trees and has some scattered apple trees along the field edges (especially the SE field). The woods have several old logging trails that need some work cleaning for easy ATV/UTV access. The 3 acre hidden overgrown field would make an excellent food plot. The landowner will have this field brush hogged yearly. The property slopes from west to east downhill. There is a small stream and a ravine that runs west and east on the south part of the property (see map with stream). The landowner stated often seeing many deer, turkey and an occasional bear. Property was not hunted in 2018. The landowner is looking for some hunters who want to improve the property for deer, bear and turkey hunting. The landowner will allow a food plot in hidden field and trail improvement in the woods. You can post the property. Camping and ATV use are allowed for hunting purposes only.
